Food has always been something important in my life, as it is in everyone’s life. Although my passion for creating food started out of necessity as I had moved to a new country where my comfort food was not readily available to me. Cooking slowly but surely turned into a dominating aspect of my life.
Food became something I constantly think about, how do I create a certain dish? What are the best possible restaurants I can go to? And more often than not how can I improve?
I have been lucky enough to eat at some amazing restaurants around the world, which have inspired me to pursue a career within the industry. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in PR and Art History and Criticism in London I now find myself at the International Culinary Center in NYC starting a new adventure.
