New Level, New Kitchen!

We were all very excited to start level 2 today. We were introduced to our new Chef Instructors Chef Jeff, and Chef April who asked us to have our recipe cards done for the whole week for the first day of class. It already seems like this level is going to be a lot harder.

My dish: Sautéed venison loin with bordelaise sauce and pommes darphin 

Poulet rôti grand-mère garnish 

We had to prepare 4 dishes per team to demonstrate consistency in plating and ingredients
