Why should you care? Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo of Bocca di Lupo are going to be opening up a new restaurant beside the Ape & Bird gastropub. The new restaurant will focus on affordable Italian street food, and the menu and look of the place will aim to make you feel as though you’re wandering in an Italian piazza (albeit indoors and just off Shaftesbury Avenue).

Why should you care? Four Hundred Rabbits will serve up sourdough pizzas featuring Fior de Latte Mozzarella, San Marzano Tomatoes and topped with all manner of UK artisanal produce.

Why should you care? This is the second Zetter Townhouse after the Clerkenwell original and will once again feature cocktails from Tony Conigliaro and bar snacks from Bruno Loubet.

Why should you care? This is a “boutique Mexican restaurant and taco bar” coming to Picton Place, right beside Selfridges. Run by the team behind nearby Cocochan the 50-seater restaurant is going to serve up modern Mexican/South American cooking (and cocktails).

Why should you care? Jean-Jacques is a wine bar an brasserie that has originally had a home in Russia and St Petersburg and is now opening its latest outpost in London (taking over the spot from El Cantera).
